What We Do

Key Activities

01 Field Research & Reporting
Conducting hands-on biodiversity inventories and ecosystem assessments across Uganda's protected areas, national parks, and forest reserves, with structured field data collection and scientific documentation.

02 Environmental & Climate Analysis
Publishing in-depth reports examining climate trends, land cover change, and environmental degradation affecting communities and natural habitats across Uganda and East Africa.

03 Remote Sensing & Satellite Imagery Analysis
Applying remote sensing techniques to monitor vegetation cover, land use dynamics, deforestation patterns, and ecosystem changes using satellite imagery including Landsat and Sentinel datasets over East African landscapes.

04 GIS Mapping & Spatial Analysis
Utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to produce thematic maps, spatial models, and geospatial datasets that support research on biodiversity distribution, habitat fragmentation, watershed management, and urban-rural land use patterns in Uganda.
